The parishioners at St Anthony of Padua church in Mossley Hill took part in a card signing today as part of the ‘Thuirst for change’ campaign. As you can see from the photos below Wally the Waterdrop also joined in the fun. James also spoke at the 9:30 and 11am masses where he thanked the parishioners for all their support and their recent donation of £1730.00 for CAFOD’s work. James also popped into the Little church to tell them all about connect2: Cambodia. They played Cambodian games such as Leak Kanseng, Touching Lep, follow the leader and Phaka chann painy. They also played a quick quiz about Cambodia and learned all about some of the children living in Samrong Mean Chey (the village involved in Connect2: Cambodia) who the children have decided to write to. Many thanks St Anthony of Padua for all you do!
