The Annual CAFOD Carol service will be taking place at St Teresa’s in Upholland on Thursday 19th December 2013 at 7:30pm.
Nick Harrop, CAFOD’S Emergencies Writer, will be speaking about his recent trip to the Philippines to help with the humanitarian needs after Typhoon Haiyan
Music will be provided by St John Fisher Catholic High School, St Peter’s Catholic High School, Our Lady Queen Peace High School, St Edmund Arrowsmith High School and St John Rigby’s Sixth Form College. There will also be special performances from the children at St Mary and St John Catholic Primary School and St Teresa’s Catholic Primary School.
World Gifts, fair-trade goods, mince pies and a glass of wine will also be available on the night. It should be a great night!
